Notice of Amendments to Legislation March 2023
The DFSA Board enacted amendments to the DFSA Rulebook following a consultation on Papers No. 145 and 146, replacing six core modules with updated versions that incorporate stakeholder feedback. Six Rulemaking Instruments covering Authorised Market Institutions, Anti-Money Laundering, General, Prudential Investment and Insurance Intermediation, Prudential Insurance Business, and Glossary provisions take effect on April 1, 2023. A separate instrument amending the Prudential Investment and Insurance Intermediation module will come into force on January 1, 2024.
