DECISION BY THE PRESIDENT Decision No. 2025-P-55 of December 4, 2025 Amendment of Decision No. 2025-C-11 of March 17, 2025 on the establishment of the Advisory Commission on Commercial Practices

THE PRESIDENT

Having regard to the Monetary and Financial Code, in particular Articles L. 612-1-II-3° and L. 612-14-I;

Having regard to Decision No. 2025-C-11 of March 17, 2025 on the establishment of the Advisory Commission on Commercial Practices;

Having regard to Decision No. 2021-C-16 of June 4, 2021 delegating powers from the Supervisory College of the Prudential Control and Resolution Authority to its President;

DECIDES

Article 1: The aforementioned Decision No. 2025-C-11 of March 17, 2025 is hereby amended as follows:

Annex 2 is replaced by a new annex attached to this Decision.

Article 2: This Decision shall be published in the Official Register of the Authority.
