Circular No. 166 Automated Supervision System SupTech
The Palestine Monetary Authority issued Circular No. 66/2023 mandating all Palestinian banks to ensure complete data readiness according to provided regulatory forms by August 20, 2023. This requirement follows recent training workshops and User Acceptance Testing for the new SupTech automated supervision system. The Authority will coordinate directly with each institution to migrate their prepared data onto the platform.

Subject: Automated Supervision System SupTech
With reference to the above subject, and within the framework of the measures taken to complete preparations for implementing the Automated Supervision System project, and the workshop held on 2023/05/23 aimed at training on the system and commencing User Acceptance Testing (Industry UAT), and subsequent follow-ups regarding data readiness and provision in accordance with the regulatory forms provided to you since 2023/05/24 and available on the system, we inform you of the necessity to ensure the readiness of all data according to the forms by a maximum deadline of 2023/08/20. Arrangements will be made with each bank to migrate the data to the system.
