Decision on Actuary Certification and Further Professional Education
The Executive Board of the National Bank of Serbia issued this Decision to establish the professional qualifications, examination procedures, and continuous education requirements for certified actuaries. It mandates that candidates hold a master’s degree in actuarial science and possess at least three years of relevant experience to sit for a certification exam administered by a dedicated Committee. Furthermore, the regulation requires certified actuaries to complete a minimum of 20 hours of professional education annually and submit an annual record of their continuing education to the National Bank of Serbia.
