CP25/33: Regulatory fees and levies: policy proposals for 2026/27

The Financial Conduct Authority and Prudential Regulation Authority propose changes to regulatory fees and levies for the 2026/27 financial year. The proposals introduce new fee structures for Private Intermittent Securities and Capital Exchange System operators, cryptoasset firms, and Deferred Payment Credit lenders, while extending targeted support activities to existing fee blocks. The consultation seeks industry feedback on these cost recovery mechanisms and levy allocations by January 2026.
