Gold, silver, and platinum gram prices effective for the month of June 2026 In accordance with what is established in article 152 of Law 488 of 1998, in article 16 of Law 0141 of 1994, modified by article 16 (paragraph 9th) of Law 756 of 2002, and in Resolution number 000212 of March 31, 2026 of the Unit for Mining and Energy Planning of the Ministry of Mines and Energy, the prices per gram are certified for the purposes of the settlement of royalties originating from the exploitation of the following metals, as follows:

Gold: 439,524.42 pesos FOUR HUNDRED THIRTY-NINE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED TWENTY-FOUR PESOS WITH FORTY-TWO CENTS

Silver: 7,450.20 pesos SEVEN THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS WITH TWENTY CENTS

Platinum: 190,985.82 pesos ONE HUNDRED NINETY THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY-FIVE PESOS WITH EIGHTY-TWO CENTS

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, all implied terms, conditions and warranties, including, without limitation, as to quality, merchantability, fitness for purpose, title or non-infringement, in relation LBMA Gold Price/LBMA Silver Price, are hereby excluded and none of IBA or any of its affiliates will be liable in contract or tort (including negligence), for breach of statutory duty or nuisance, for misrepresentation, or under antitrust laws or otherwise, in respect of any inaccuracies, errors, omissions, delays, failures, cessations or changes (material or otherwise) in LBMA Gold Price/LBMA Silver Price or Average Calculation of Royalty Settlement, or for any damage, expense or other loss (whether direct or indirect) you may suffer arising out of or in connection with LBMA Gold Price/LBMA Silver Price or Average Calculation of Royalty Settlement or any reliance you may place upon it.

LME shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of any error, inaccuracy or omission in relation to the LBMA Platinum Price (“LBMA Platinum Price”), nor for any delay in the publication of the LBMA Platinum Price (“LBMA Platinum Price”), nor for any other reason in relation to the LBMA Platinum Price (“LBMA Platinum Price”). LME does not provide any warranty regarding the accuracy of the LBMA Platinum Price (“LBMA Platinum Price”) and no person should rely on it. Unless otherwise stated, the copyright and any other rights on the content related to the LBMA Platinum Price (“LBMA Platinum Price”), including any image and text, will remain the property of LBMA. The platinum prices per gram that the Bank of the Republic uses for the purposes of its own purchase and sale operations of said metal are calculated based on the platinum price data supplied under the license of London Metal Exchange - LME. It is reported that LME has no link or responsibility regarding the use that third parties make of the data. This information cannot be reproduced or disclosed by third parties through any means.

The LME shall have no liability for any loss or damage incurred as a result of any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in relation to the LBMA Platinum Price, or for any delay in publishing the LBMA Platinum Price, or for any other reason whatsoever in connection with the LBMA Platinum Price. The LME is unable to provide any warranty relating to the accuracy of the LBMA Platinum Price and no reliance should be placed on the LBMA Platinum Price and/or LBMA Palladium Price by any person. Unless otherwise stated, the copyright and any other rights in the contents relating to the LBMA Platinum Price, including any images and text, shall remain property of the LBMA. The platinum prices per gram that are used by Banco de la República (the Central Bank of Colombia) for its own purchase and sale transactions are calculated based on the platinum price data provided under license from the London Metal Exchange (LME). It should be noted that LME has no affiliation with nor assumes any responsibility for the use that third parties might make of such data. This information may not be reproduced or disclosed by any means by third parties.
