These documents aim to guide the operations of banks and other financial institutions in effectively managing risks associated with money laundering and terrorist financing, as well as ensuring consistency in applying AML/CFT requirements. The drafts are made available as exposure drafts on the CBN website for comments from stakeholders within one month.
