Final Report on draft regulatory technical standards under the revised ELTIF Regulation
The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) has published a final report on draft regulatory technical standards (RTS) for the revised European Long-Term Investment Fund (ELTIF) Regulation, incorporating feedback from a public consultation.
