Board of Directors Resolution No. (97) of 2016 (Updated 2020) Regarding the Reorganization of the Egyptian Directors Center
The General Authority for Financial Oversight issued Board of Directors Resolution No. (97) of 2016, updated in 2020, to formally reorganize the Egyptian Directors Center as an independent unit within the Authority. The resolution mandates the Center to promote corporate governance and sound management practices through training, consulting, research, and regional and international participation, while establishing a Board of Trustees and an Executive Director to oversee its operations and strategic direction.
