Listing of Shenandoah Consulting S.A.L. on the List of Financial Intermediation Institutions
The Capital Markets Authority of Lebanon has listed Shenandoah Consulting S.A.L. as Financial Intermediation Institution No. 30, formally authorizing the firm to provide securities advising and arranging services. This designation follows the company’s May 2019 application and confirms its compliance with Law No. 161 of 2011 alongside the Board’s October 2018 licensing decision. Effective upon publication in the Official Gazette, the announcement updates the regulatory register to reflect the institution’s approved operational scope.
CAPITAL MARKETS AUTHORITY Announcement No. 58 The Chairman of the Capital Markets Authority, Pursuant to Law No. 161 dated 17/08/2011 on Capital Markets, Pursuant to the decision of the Board of the Capital Markets Authority No. 1/11/18 adopted in its meeting held on 01/10/2018 approving the licensing of “Shenandoah Consulting SAL” as a Financial Intermediation Institution to provide advising and arranging services in securities business, Whereas the said company is duly registered in the Commercial Register of Beirut, Pursuant to the application sent by the said company to the Capital Markets Authority on 16/05/2019 including its request to be listed on the Financial Intermediation Institutions list, Having reviewed the submitted documents confirming that the legal conditions ofsuch listing were met, Declares as follows: Article 1: “Shenandoah Consulting SAL” shall be listed on the Financial Intermediation Institutions list under No. 30. Article 2: This Announcement shall be published in the Official Gazette.
