Notice of Amendments to Legislation (03 Oct 2018)
The Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) Board enacted DIFC Law No. 6 of 2018 and issued four Rulemaking Instruments to amend the Regulatory Law 2004 and replace core DFSA Rulebook modules. Effective 29 October 2018, these instruments update the Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Glossary (GLO), and Conduct of Business (COB) modules following the conclusion of a formal consultation process. Market participants must implement the revised AML, GLO, and COB provisions immediately to maintain regulatory compliance within the Dubai International Financial Centre.
