The Central Bank of Nigeria has issued a temporary dispensation permitting the continued use of NAFDAC licenses that expired on December 31, 2025, for processing Forms M. This two-month allowance, effective until February 28, 2026, addresses difficulties importers face in validating or renewing licenses due to a system transition from legacy NICIS II to B'Odogwu. Authorised Dealer Banks are specifically instructed to accept these expired NAFDAC licenses for Form M processing and ensure adherence to the dispensation's deadline to prevent disruption in trade processes during NAFDAC's system integration with the National Single Window.
