Resolution on Selecting the Audit Firm for the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia Financial Statements (2025-2027)

The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia has issued Resolution No. 146 A to appoint Ernst & Young Closed Joint-Stock Company as the external auditor for the bank's financial statements. ON SELECTING THE AUDIT FIRM TO CONDUCT THE AUDIT OF THE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS OF THE CENTRAL BANK OF THE REPUBLIC OF ARMENIA FOR 2025-2027

Based on Part 3 of Article 2, Article 16, and point "e" of Part 1 of Article 20 of the Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; Taking into account the provisions of Resolution No. 154-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 15 June 2004, the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia hereby:

R E S O L V E S:

  1. To select “Ernst & Young” Closed Joint-Stock Company for the purpose of conducting the audit of the financial statements of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia for 2025-2027.
  2. This Resolution shall enter into force on the day following the date of proper notification of “Ernst & Young” Closed Joint-Stock Company n person or in any other manner prescribed by law.
