2025-08-29 | 8883The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia has issued Resolution No. 146 A to appoint Ernst & Young Closed Joint-Stock Company as the external auditor for the bank's financial statements. The engagement covers the audit period spanning 2025 through 2027, authorized under the Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia” and existing Board regulations. The resolution takes effect the day after formal notification to the selected firm, formalizing the contractual mandate for the triennial financial review.

Based on Part 3 of Article 2, Article 16, and point "e" of Part 1 of Article 20 of the Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; Taking into account the provisions of Resolution No. 154-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 15 June 2004, the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia hereby:
