The Palestine Monetary Authority’s Supervision Group mandates the nationwide implementation of Winter Time, requiring all payment service companies to shift their operational clocks back by sixty minutes. This adjustment takes effect at 2:00 AM on Saturday, October 25, 2025, pursuant to Law No. 41 of 2022 on National Payments and the Council of Ministers’ directive. Subject: Winter Time in Palestine
Based on the provisions of Law No. (41) of 2022 concerning National Payments, and in accordance with the Council of Ministers' decision, Winter Time will take effect in Palestine starting at 2:00 AM on Saturday, October 25, 2025, by setting the clocks back by sixty minutes.
