Mutual Administrative Assistance in Tax Matters (Designation) Order 2018
The Financial Secretary of Belize issued this Statutory Instrument to designate Mr. Claude B.F. Haylock, Director General of the International Financial Services Commission, as the Competent Authority for Mutual Administrative Assistance in Tax Matters. This designation empowers Mr. Haylock to perform the functions of the Competent Authority regarding the Exchange of Information on Request under the Convention on Mutual Administrative Assistance in Tax Matters. The Order was made on August 1, 2018, and officially commenced on that same date.
