Granting an Exchange Office Branch License to “LusTelecom”, a Limited Liability Company
Pursuant to Article 2 (3) and Article 20 (“jf”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 9 of Regulation 10 “Licensing and Regulation of Foreign Currency Purchase and Sale Operations” as approved under the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia Board Resolution No 138-N, dated May 15, 2007; Whereas on March 6, 2025 and March 13, 2025 “LusTelecom” LLC applied to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia for a request to seek an exchange office branch license; In view of the conclusion (Minutes No. 13, March 19, 2025) issued by the Licensing and Regulation Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia; the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia
E n a c t s:
Grant a foreign exchange trades license to the Branch Office No. 2 of “LusTelecom”, a Limited Liability Company (License No. 850), for carrying out the relevant activities at the address: N. Adonts str., building No. 4, facility #334 and #336, Arabkir, c. Yerevan, Republic of Armenia).
This resolution to enter into force upon its adoption.
