Delegation of powers and duties (Foreign Exchange Act) Order, 2009

The Minister of Finance has delegated the powers and duties conferred on the Minister under the Foreign Exchange Act to the Governor of the Central Bank of Seychelles. This order transfers all ministerial authorities except those explicitly reserved in sections 14 and 15 of the Act. Issued on 12 August 2009, the directive formally empowers the central bank governor to exercise these transferred functions under the legal framework of Act 11 of 2009.
