FSA Communiqué No 3 of 2020: Temporary Closure of FSA Offices Due to COVID-19
The Financial Services Authority (FSA) has temporarily closed its Bois de Rose and Providence offices starting April 9, 2020, to restrict movement amid the COVID-19 pandemic. The regulator requires licensees and stakeholders to adopt enhanced social distancing measures, limit physical interactions, and utilize electronic resources for all official communications. Modified operational procedures, including document drop-off, deliveries, and revised opening hours, will remain in effect until further notice while the FSA provides continuous updates via its website and email.
