De-Listing of BLOM Asset Management from the List of Financial Intermediation Institutions
The Capital Markets Authority President issued Notice No. 92 to officially remove BLOM Asset Management S.A.L. (registration No. 22) from the List of Financial Intermediation Institutions, following approvals under Law No. 161 and prior CMA resolutions. The decision formally cancels the financial intermediary license previously granted to the company upon its specific request. Publication of this de-listing in the Official Gazette is mandated to take effect immediately upon issuance on March 31, 2023.

The President of the Capital Markets Authority, pursuant to Law No. 161 dated August 17, 2011, concerning the Capital Markets, and pursuant to CMA Resolution No. 37 dated July 28, 2022, regarding the publication of the list of registered financial intermediation institutions by assets, and pursuant to CMA Board Resolution No. 23/2/3 dated February 28, 2023, approving the request of "BLOM Asset Management S.A.L." for cancellation of its granted license, has decided the following:
Article One: "BLOM Asset Management S.A.L.", registered in this list under No. 22, is removed from the list of financial intermediation institutions. Article Two: This notice shall be published in the Official Gazette.
