Notice of Amendments to Legislation (27 Jun 2019)
The DFSA Board issued six rulemaking instruments effective 1 July 2019 to amend and replace key modules of the DFSA Rulebook. These instruments update the General, Conduct of Business, Collective Investment, Markets, Glossary, and Anti-Money Laundering modules following the conclusion of Consultation Paper No. 124 and align references with new Federal AML legislation. Regulated entities must apply the updated modules as published on the DFSA website, with earlier versions archived for reference.
