Notice of Consultation Paper Release
The Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) has released Consultation Paper No 123 proposing updated Fund Protocol Rules for regulated entities. Market participants must submit written comments on the proposed regulatory amendments by 3 January 2019. The finalized rules will be published on the DFSA website following the conclusion of the consultation period.
