The Palestine Monetary Authority issued Circular No. 33/2017 requiring all banks operating in Palestine to submit detailed financial and statistical data on banking facilities and services provided to women for the years 2014, 2015, and 2016. Banks must complete the attached tables covering geographic distribution, service types, branch metrics, and account categories within ten working days of the circular's date. This data collection supports the development of the National Strategy for Financial Inclusion and preparations for the 2017 International Banking Conference, with quarterly reporting to follow starting from the first quarter of the current year.

For the purpose of developing the objectives of the National Strategy for Financial Inclusion and preparing for the 2017 International Banking Conference, please find attached a list of financial and statistical data regarding the facilities and banking services provided to women. We request all banks to complete the required data for the last three years as they stand at the end of each year, by a deadline of ten working days from the date of this circular. Please note that this data is considered periodic data that banks are required to provide on a quarterly basis starting from the first quarter of the current year.
