State Registration and Licensing of “ A C redit ” Credit Union , a Limited Liability Company
Pursuant to Article 2 (3) and Article 20 (“jf”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 5 (2) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Credit Organizations”; and Chapter 3 of the Central Bank Regulation 13 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Credit Organization Activity” as endorsed under the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia Board Resolution No. 194-N, dated July 1, 2008;
Whereas the founder of the “ACredit” Credit Union, a Limited Liability Company, provided the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia with letters of request and required deliverables dated August 4, 2025, August 5, 2025, August 25, 2024, August 26, 2025, September 1, 2025, September 29, 2025, October 24, 2025, November 13, 2025, November 21, 2025, and December 11, 2025; and
Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 54, dated December 10, 2025), and the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia Board Resolution No. 37-OS-A, dated December 30, 2025, the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia

Register and license the “ACredit” Credit Union Limited Liability Compan
This resolution to enter into force upon being registered with “ACredit” Credit Union Limited Liability Company or on the day following its delivery, in the prescribed manner, to an authorized representative of “ACredit” Credit Union Limited Liability Company.
