DECREE NO. 2004-1100 of December 8, 2004 Appointing the Director General of the Central Bank of Madagascar (Official Journal of the Republic, January 10, 2005, p. 35) The President of the Republic, Having regard to the Constitution, Having regard to Law No. 94-004 of June 10, 1994, supplemented by Law No. 99-015 of August 2, 199 bearing the statutes of the Central Bank, Having regard to Decree No. 2003-007 of January 12, 2003 appointing the Prime Minister, Head of Government, Having regard to Decree No. 2003-008 of January 16, 2003 amended by Decrees No. 2004-001 of January 5, 2004, No. 2004-680 of July 5, 2004 and No. 2004-1076 of December 7, 2004, appointing the members of the Government, Having regard to Decree No. 2002-024 of March 18, 2001 abrogating the appointment of the Director General of the Central Bank, On the proposal of the Board of Directors of the Central Bank, In Council of Ministers, Decrees: Article 1. – Mr. Christian Guy Dettriga Rasolomanana is appointed Director General of the Central Bank of Madagascar. Art. 2 – The Minister of Economy, Finance and Budget, and the Governor of the Central Bank are each charged with implementing this Decree within their respective areas of responsibility, and this Decree shall be published in the Official Journal of the Republic.
