The Financial Regulatory Authority's Board of Directors issued Decision No. 110 of 2020 to amend Decision No. 1 of 2017 by adding a new clause to the Egyptian Financial Valuation Standards for Enterprises. This amendment mandates that licensed valuers must submit all requested data, information, documents, and reports to the Authority within a maximum of two working days during any stage of the valuation process. Additionally, valuers are required to deliver both preliminary and final valuation reports to the Authority immediately upon their completion.

9 Financial Regulatory Authority Decision No. 110 of 2020 of the Authority's Board of Directors Dated 23/6/2020 Amending Decision No. 1 of 2017 of the Authority's Board of Directors Regarding the Issuance of the Egyptian Financial Valuation Standards for Enterprises The Board of Directors of the Financial Regulatory Authority Having reviewed the Capital Market Law issued by Law No. (95) and its Executive Regulations for the year 1992; and Law No. (10) of 2009 on regulating supervision over non-banking financial markets and instruments; and Decision No. (1) of 2017 of the Authority's Board of Directors regarding the issuance of the Egyptian Financial Valuation Standards for Enterprises; and after approval by the Authority's Board of Directors in its meeting held on 23/6/2020; :Decided as follows: (First Article) A new clause numbered (7) shall be added to the "Valuation Process" standard included in the Egyptian Financial Valuation Standards for Enterprises issued by Decision No. (1) of 2017 of the Authority's Board of Directors, with the following text: 7- Providing the Authority with requested data and information: The valuer shall, at all stages of implementing the valuation process, provide the Authority with the data, information, documents, and reports it requests within a period not exceeding two working days, as well as submit the preliminary and final valuations immediately upon their completion. (Second Article) This Decision shall be published in the Egyptian Gazette and on the Authority's electronic website, and shall take effect from the date of its issuance.
