The object of this regulation is:
a) to determine the requirements on comparability and transparency of fees charged to consumers in their payment accounts, as well as the requirements concerning the switching of payment accounts between payment service providers;
b) to determine the requirements on comparability and transparency of fees charged to consumers in their payment accounts with basic features, as well as the requirements concerning the switching of payment accounts with basic features between payment service providers; and
c) to determine the methodology for calculation of reasonable fees charged for the services provided in the payment account with basic features.
