Notice of Consultation Paper Release on Corporate Governance
The Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) has released Consultation Paper No. 68 to propose an enhanced corporate governance regime for reporting entities. The updated framework introduces stricter compliance standards and oversight mechanisms to improve transparency and accountability within regulated firms. Regulated entities and industry stakeholders may submit formal feedback on the proposed regulatory changes until 29 May 2010.
