The Spanish National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) has published the provisional list of candidates designated to serve on its Advisory Committee following the renewal procedure. The resolution details the titular and alternate members selected from various stakeholder groups, including market infrastructures, issuers, investors, credit institutions, and professional bodies. Interested parties are granted a two-business-day window to file claims regarding these designations with the CNMV.
III. OTHER PROVISIONS NATIONAL SECURITIES MARKET COMMISSION 4420 Resolution of 1 March 2024, of the National Securities Market Commission, by which the Agreement of the Board in charge of supervising and controlling the renewal procedure of the Advisory Committee of the National Securities Market Commission is published, by which the provisional list of designated candidates is published.
Pursuant to what is established in Article 9, paragraph 5 of Royal Decree 303/2012, of 3 February, regulating the Advisory Committee of the National Securities Market Commission, having carried out the designations provided for in Articles 3 to 8, and the draw provided for in Article 4(a) of the aforementioned royal decree, with the sole exception of the candidate contemplated in Article 7(c), who will be designated by the Council of the CNMV in the next session, the provisional list of all designated candidates is hereby published:

In accordance with what is provided for in paragraph 5 of Article 9 of Royal Decree 303/2012, of 3 February, claims may be filed within a period of two business days following the publication of this resolution, before the board in charge of supervising and controlling the procedure, and may be submitted at the General Registry of the CNMV, Edison Street, 4, Madrid, or at Bolivia Street, 56, Barcelona, or through the CNMV electronic headquarters (www.cnmv.es) by means of the electronic signature systems provided for in Royal Decree 1671/2009, of 6 November.
