Resolution of 1 March 2024 by the National Securities Market Commission Publishing the Provisional List of Candidates for the Advisory Committee

III. OTHER PROVISIONS NATIONAL SECURITIES MARKET COMMISSION 4420 Resolution of 1 March 2024, of the National Securities Market Commission, by which the Agreement of the Board in charge of supervising and controlling the renewal procedure of the Advisory Committee of the National Securities Market Commission is published, by which the provisional list of designated candidates is published.

Pursuant to what is established in Article 9, paragraph 5 of Royal Decree 303/2012, of 3 February, regulating the Advisory Committee of the National Securities Market Commission, having carried out the designations provided for in Articles 3 to 8, and the draw provided for in Article 4(a) of the aforementioned royal decree, with the sole exception of the candidate contemplated in Article 7(c), who will be designated by the Council of the CNMV in the next session, the provisional list of all designated candidates is hereby published:

I. Members representing market infrastructures:

1. At the proposal of official secondary markets and multilateral trading systems that have admitted equity securities: Principal: Ms. Beatriz Alonso-Majagranzas Cenamor. Alternate: Ms. María Calvo Pérez.
2. At the proposal of official secondary markets and multilateral trading systems that have admitted fixed-income securities and financial derivative instruments: Principal: Mr. Luis Martínez Pérez. Alternate: Ms. Beatriz Senís Gilmartín.
