Submission of Prudential Reports using XML Format through PRIME
The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas mandates that trust corporations, non-stock savings and loan associations, and money service businesses migrate to API-based submission of prudential reports via the PRIME platform. Institutions must generate XML files compliant with BSP-issued XSD structures, utilize PKI digital certificates for authentication, and ensure network connectivity to enable machine-to-machine validation. Covered non-bank financial institutions are required to complete these technical and skill set preparations within one year of the maiden report's XSD release, with interim submission options available through the BRMS web platform.
