CB Circular No. 25 of 2023 – Rescheduling of ZIPSS, CSD Upgrade and ISO 20022 Migration Go-Live Date
The Bank of Zambia has rescheduled the ZIPSS and CSD upgrade alongside the ISO 20022 migration go-live date from September 16, 2023 to October 14, 2023. Participants must complete outstanding User Acceptance Testing to avoid transaction processing failures once the upgraded systems launch. The regulator commends banks that achieved error-free testing and requires them to continue scheduled project activities for a seamless transition.
