BANK INDONESIA - 3 - (2) Reporting Bank which delays in submitting Report Revision as defined in Article 10 is sanctioned with payment of Rp.100.000,00 (one hundred thousand rupiahs) per working day of delays. (3) Reporting Bank which submits Report revision on its own initiative after the dateline for the submission of Report revision as defined in Article 10, is sanctioned with payment of Rp.50.000,00 (fifty thousand rupiahs) per item of report error and maximum payment of Rp.5.000.000,00 (five million rupiahs) per Report. (4) Reporting Bank which submits Report revision based on the Bank Indonesia’s findings after the dateline for as defined in Article 10 is sanctioned with payment of Rp.100.000,00 (one hundred thousand rupiahs) per item of report error and maximum payment of Rp.10.000.000,00 (ten million rupiahs) per Report. (5) In the event the Bank is sanctioned for submitting Report revision based on its own initiative or Bank Indonesia’s finding as defined in paragraphs (3) and (4), the payment sanction for delay in submitting Report revision as defined in paragraph (2) is not applicable. (6) Reporting Bank that does not submit Report as defined in Article 11 is sanctioned with payment of Rp.50.000.000,00 (fifty million rupiahs) per Report . (7) In the event the Bank is sanctioned for failing to submit report as defined in paragraph (6), the payment sanction for late submission of Report as defined in paragraph (1) is not applicable (8) In the event the Bank is sanctioned for late submission of per Office Report revision and/or Subsidiary’s Report revision as defined in paragraph (3) and/or paragraph (4) which affects the revisions of Collective Report and Consolidation Report, the Collective Report and/or Consolidation Report are free of payment sanction. 2. The provision in Article 22 has been amended so as to read as follows: Article 22 With the enactment of this Regulation of Bank Indonesia, Reporting Banks are still obliged to submit the Report as regulated in PBI Number 2/21/PBI/2000 dated 19 September 2000 on Commercial Bank Monthly Report including data until December 2009. 3. 3…
BANK INDONESIA - 4 - 3. 3 (three) new articles have been inserted between Article 22 and Article 23, namely Article 22A, Article 22B, and Article 22C which read as follows: Article 22A The deadline for submission of Report and/or Report revision within transition period, namely for data of May 2009 submitted in June 2009 throughout data of December 2010, is regulated as follows: a. Per Office Report and/or per Office Report revision as defined in Article 5 paragraph (2) and Article 6 paragraph (1) are submitted to Bank Indonesia at the latest on the 17th of the following month after the Reporting month ends b. Collective report and/or Collective Report revision as defined in Article 5 paragraph (3) and Article 6 paragraph (1) are submitted every month to Bank Indonesia at the latest on the 22nd of the following month after the Reporting month ends c. Subsidiary’s Report and/or Subsidiary’s Report revision as defined in Article 5 paragraph (4) and Article 6 paragraph (1) are submitted quarterly to Bank Indonesia at the latest on the 7th of the second month after the Reporting month d. BANK INDONESIA - 9 - Rp.100.000,00 = Rp.200.000,00(two hundred thousand rupiahs) Paragraph (3) “Per item of error or compulsory item to be reported” is defined as an error per data field. If in a row of data there are errors more than one field, the error is calculated based on the number of incorrect fields in the corresponding row. Example: On the list of Given Credit, in one row there are errors on the column Collectability, Economic Sector and Amount, therefore it is counted as 3 error items. Furthermore, if there 200 error items, the calculation of Sanction is 200 x Rp.50.000,00 = Rp.10.000.000 (ten million rupiahs), however the Bank is only sanctioned with maximum payment of Rp.5.000.000,00 (five million rupiah).
