Decision on Releasing 500- and 2000-Dinar Banknotes
The Governor of the National Bank of Serbia issued this decision to release revised 500- and 2000-dinar banknotes effective December 7, 2012. The release mandates that these banknotes adhere to the specific features outlined in separate decisions published in the RS Official Gazette. The regulation entered into force immediately upon its publication in the official gazette on November 29, 2012.
RS Official Gazette, No. 113/2012 Pursuant to Article 18, paragraph 1, item 3, with reference to Article 55, paragraph 3 of the Law on the National Bank of Serbia (RS Official Gazette, Nos 72/2003, 55/2004 and 44/2010), the Governor of the National Bank of Serbia issues the following D E C I S I O N ON RELEASING THE 500- AND 2000-DINAR BANKNOTES
- On 7 December 2012, the National Bank of Serbia shall release the revised 500- and 2000-dinar banknotes, with features set out in the Decision on the Issue and Main Features of the 500-Dinar Banknote (RS Official Gazette, No 113/2012) and the Decision on the Issue and Main Features of the 2000-Dinar Banknote (RS Official Gazette, No 113/2012).
