Corrigendum to the Decision on More Detailed Requirements for Selection and Appointment of Members of the Management Bodies and Holders of Key Functions in a Credit Institution
The Central Bank of Montenegro issued a corrigendum to correct errors in the Decision regarding the selection and appointment of management bodies and key function holders in credit institutions. The amendments primarily refine English translations of specific articles, such as replacing 'management board' with 'a two-tier governance system' and adjusting definitions of criminal offences and family relationships. Additionally, the corrigendum updates the effective date from 1 January 2026 to 8 September 2025 and corrects references within Annex 4.
