Notice of Consultation Paper Release
The Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) has released two consultation papers seeking industry feedback on financial service definitions and the financial promotions regime. Consultation Paper No. 71 proposes a comprehensive review of existing financial service definitions, while Paper No. 72 outlines specific amendments to the DFSA’s financial promotions framework. Stakeholders are invited to submit written comments on both proposals by the deadline of 23 November 2010.
