ESMA Guidelines on reporting settlement fails under Article 7 of the CSD Regulation - comply or explain procedure

On February 1, 2022, the French Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) declared its compliance with the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) guidelines regarding the reporting of settlement fails under Article 7 of the Central Securities Depositories Regulation.
