Notice No. 6/GBM/2018, of July 2 - Appointment of the President of the Executive Commission of the Deposit Guarantee Fund
The Bank of Mozambique appoints Ana Amélia de Morais e Peng as President of the Executive Commission of the Deposit Guarantee Fund to fulfill statutory governance requirements under Article 17 of Decree No. 49/2010. This appointment takes effect retroactively from June 2, 2018, and formally establishes her leadership role within the fund's executive structure. Any interpretive or application disputes regarding this notice are directed to the Office of the Governor for resolution.

SUBJECT: APPOINTMENT OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE EXECUTIVE COMMISSION OF THE DEPOSIT GUARANTEE FUND
As it is necessary to fill the offices of the Deposit Guarantee Fund, pursuant to Article 17 of Decree No. 49/2010, of November 11, which establishes the Deposit Guarantee Fund and approves its Regulations, the Bank of Mozambique appoints:
Ana Amélia de Morais e Peng President of the Executive Commission of the Deposit Guarantee Fund.
This Notice takes effect from June 2, 2018.
Any questions arising regarding the interpretation and application of this Notice shall be resolved by the Office of the Governor of the Bank of Mozambique.
