The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission requires all Administrative Service Providers authorized by December 31, 2023, to submit the new Version 7 of the Form RBSF-ASP electronically via the Transaction Reporting System. This submission must be completed by May 31, 2024, and includes new data collection requirements regarding governance ownership and compliance with international sanctions. Failure to meet this deadline or ensure successful submission with a NO ERROR feedback file will result in administrative penalties under the CySEC Law.
