1 Tunis, December 4, 2025 CIRCULAR OF THE CENTRAL BANK OF TUNISIA NO. 2025-15 Subject: Establishment of the specifications for the mission order and professional card of the Central Bank of Tunisia agents responsible for on-site supervision. The Governor of the Central Bank of Tunisia, Having regard to the Exchange Code promulgated by Law No. 76-18 of January 21, 1976, consolidating and codifying the legislation on exchange control and foreign trade governing relations between Tunisia and foreign countries, as amended and supplemented by subsequent texts, particularly Articles 24 and 25 thereof; Having regard to Law No. 2016-35 of April 25, 2016, establishing the status of the Central Bank of Tunisia, particularly Articles 8 and 24 thereof; Having regard to Law No. 2016-48 of July 11, 2016, on banks and financial institutions, particularly Articles 63, 64, 65, and 67 thereof; Having regard to Law No. 2020-37 of August 6, 2020, on "Crowdfunding", particularly Article 54 thereof; Having regard to Decree-Law No. 2022-2 of January 4, 2022, organizing credit information activities, particularly Article 19 thereof; Having regard to the opinion of the Compliance Control Committee No. 2025-15 dated November 27, 2025, as provided for in Article 42 of Law No. 2016-35 of April 25, 2016, establishing the status of the Central Bank of Tunisia. Decides: Article 1 – The specifications for the mission order and professional card of the Central Bank of Tunisia agents responsible for on-site supervision are established in accordance with the specimens provided in Annex 1 and Annex 2 to this circular. Article 2 – The professional card shall be withdrawn from any agent responsible for on-site supervision who has ceased to belong to the inspection corps of the Central Bank of Tunisia.
