ON REISSUING FOREIGN CURRENCY PURCHASE AND SALE LICENSE NO. 609 GRANTED TO INDIVIDUAL ENTREPRENEUR KHACHATUR GHAHRAMANYAN

Guided by Part 3 of Article 2 and point "ac" of Article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, point 9 of the Annex approved by Resolution No. 138-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 15 May 2007 "On approving Regulation 10 'Licensing and Regulation of Foreign Currency Purchase and Sale Operations'";

T aking into account that Individual Entrepreneur KHACHATUR GHAHRAMANYAN applied to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on 2 October 2025 and 24 October 2025 with a motion to reissue the Foreign Currency Purchase and Sale License No. 609 granted to him, the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia hereby;

R E S O L V E S:

To reissue Foreign Currency Purchase and Sale License No. 609 granted to Individual Entrepreneur KHACHATUR GHAHRAMANYAN due to the change in the address of operation of the exchange office.

This Resolution shall enter into force on the day following the date of its delivery to Individual Entrepreneur KHACHATUR GHAHRAMANYAN or its delivery to an authorized person in accordance with the established procedure.
