To all companies operating in the field of
Investment Fund Management

In the context of completing the development and computerization of internal work systems to facilitate interactions between securities companies and the Authority's various departments, the Authority has finished preparing a new electronic system operating through the "Authority's Electronic Service Portal". Licensed companies operating investment fund management activities are required to use this system to input and update data regarding the investment funds they manage.

The Managing Director must immediately designate the company official responsible for completing the data, ensuring its accuracy, integrity, and consistency with the supporting documents held by the company electronically. The required basic data must be completed for the first time within a maximum of two weeks. The basic data for the fund at the date of its electronic completion through the system shall be included, and data for the fund's investment documents shall be updated periodically in accordance with the system outlined in the procedural guide attached to this Circular Letter.

The Authority shall be contacted using the responsible official's name and personal details on an official letter signed by the Managing Director and stamped with the company seal. The official must personally deliver this letter to the Authority at its headquarters located at 20 Ammar El-Din St., Cairo, Customer Service Office, and collect the system login credentials, including (username and password).
