The Insurance (Amendment of Schedules) Regulations 2015
The Financial Services Commission issued these regulations under the Insurance Act to amend the Insurance Regulations, 2001. The amendments specifically delete and substitute the Fifth, Tenth, and Eleventh Schedules of the principal regulations with new forms. These changes update the required documentation for insurance compliance as approved by the Minister of Finance and Planning.
THE INSURANCE ACT
The Insurance (Amendment of Schedules) Regulations, 2015
In exercise of the powers conferred upon the Financial Services Commission by section 144 of the Insurance Act, and of every other power enabling, the following Regulations are hereby made, with the approval of the Minister:-

These Regulations may be cited as the Insurance (Amendment of Schedules) Regulations, 2015 and shall be read and construed as one with the Insurance Regulations, 2001, (hereinafter referred to as the “principal Regulations”) and all amendments thereto.

The principal Regulations are amended by deleting the Fifth Schedule and substituting therefor the following –
“ FIFTH SCHEDULE (Regulation 28)
[Insert form here] ”
- The principal Regulations are amended by deleting the Tenth Schedule and substituting therefor the following –
“ TENTH SCHEDULE (Regulation 33)
[Insert form here] ”.
- The principal Regulations are amended by deleting the Eleventh Schedule and substituting therefor the following –
“ ELEVENTH SCHEDULE (Regulation 34)
[Insert form here] ”.
