Guidelines on the Submission of Regulatory Sandbox Applications and Communications through the BSP Regulatory Sandbox Mail-in Account
Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas mandates that all regulatory sandbox applications and communications be submitted electronically to the Sandbox Oversight Team via a designated email address effective January 15, 2024. Applicants must strictly adhere to specific subject line formats for new applications, ongoing cases, and inquiries to ensure successful delivery and avoid rejection. Non-receipt of an acknowledgement email within the same day indicates delivery failure, while an auto-generated reply serves as proof of due receipt by the BSP.
