Conasev Resolution No. 058-2011
The Peruvian Securities Market Commission (Conasev) issued Resolution No. 058-2011 to officially authorize the operational functioning of MBA Lazard Stockbroker Society S.A. Dated July 20, 2011, the regulatory approval formally permits the entity to conduct its licensed securities brokerage activities. The authorization was subsequently published in the official state gazette, El Peruano, on July 27, 2011.
