Modifying the Pawnshop Activities License No. PA-Y 340 Granted to “Gnuni Gravatun” (‘Gnuni Pawnshop’) LLC

Pursuant to Article 2 (3) and Article 20 (“ki”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Paragraph 14 of the “Procedure on Licensing Pawnshop Activities in the Republic of Armenia” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 32-N, dated February 3, 2017; Whereas on February 27, 2025 “Gnuni Gravatun” (‘Gnuni Pawnshop’), a Limited Liability Company, applied to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia in connection with the need to stop the operation of the storage area for bulk items at the address: Factory, E. Petrosyan Str. 1, c. Abovyan, Kotayq Region, Republic of Armenia, and to start operating the storage area designed for bulk items at the address: Nubarashen Str. 11, #74, Nubarashen District, c. Yerevan, Republic of Armenia, the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia

E n a c t s:

Modify the License No. PA-Y 340 to “Gnuni Gravatun” (‘Gnuni Pawnshop’), a Limited Liability Company, granted for pawnshop activities.

This resolution to enter into force upon its adoption.
