Amending Decision of the Board of Directors No. 109 of 2015
Regarding the conditions for registration, renewal, and deletion in the registers of real estate agents and brokers, and the rules and standards governing their practice
The Board of Directors of the Egyptian Financial Regulatory Authority,
Having reviewed the Real Estate Financing Law issued by Law No. 148 of 2001
and its Executive Regulations;
and Law No. 10 of 2009 regulating supervision over non-banking financial markets and instruments;
and Decision of the Board of Directors No. 109 of 2015 regarding the conditions for registration, renewal, and deletion in the registers of real estate agents and brokers, and the rules and standards governing their practice;
and after approval by the Board of Directors in its meeting held on 25/5/2023;
New clauses numbered (7) for Article Six, (6) for Article Twelve, and (5) for Article
Sixteen of the aforementioned Decision of the Board of Directors No. 109 of 2015 shall be added,
with the following texts:

(Article Two)
This Decision shall be published in the Official Gazette and on the Authority's website,
and shall take effect from the day following its publication in the Official Gazette.
