The Parliament of Belize enacted this legislation to amend the Limited Liability Partnership Act, Chapter 258 of the Substantive Laws of Belize. The Act deletes the definition of the term Attorney General and replaces all references to that office with the Minister with responsibility for finance. These changes update the statutory framework to align administrative responsibilities with the current Ministerial portfolio.
