Filing of Register of Directors for Existing Companies Under the IBC Act
The Financial Services Authority extends the filing deadline for existing International Business Companies to submit their Register of Directors until December 3, 2018. Entities failing to comply face an initial US$250 penalty plus a daily US$25 charge, capped at US$2,500, and risk having their names struck off the official register. Struck-off companies may secure restoration by filing the required documents and paying all outstanding fees and penalties.
