Bank Indonesia Circular Letter 13/4/DPM on Commercial Bank Daily Report Fee

Bank Indonesia Circular Letter 13/4/DPM establishes the fee structure for access to the Commercial Bank Daily Report (LHBU) system. It mandates that initial access rights are provided free of charge to Reporting Banks, while additional access rights incur license and maintenance fees debited from their rupiah demand deposit accounts. LHBU subscribers must pay these fees and an information acquisition fee according to specific deadlines and exchange rate provisions outlined in the Agreement on the Use of LHBU.
