The Bank of Portugal issued Instruction No. 4/2024 to amend Instruction No. 27/2012, which governs the reporting of statistical information to the central bank. The instruction entered into force on March 15, 2024, under the enabling legislation of Law No. 5/98 and Decree-Law No. 295/2003.
