Regulation on the Application of Guidelines on Harmonised Definitions and Templates for Funding Plans of Credit Institutions
Banka Slovenije issues this regulation to formally apply the European Banking Authority's guidelines on harmonised definitions and templates for credit institution funding plans within Slovenia. The measure mandates that authorized banks and savings banks report their funding plans using these uniform formats and requires the central bank to incorporate these standards into its supervisory tasks. The regulation entered into force in June 2020 and became applicable on 31 December 2020, simultaneously repealing the previous 2015 regulation on the same subject.
